Ingredients

2 qt. milk
1 c. rice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put rice, sugar and cinnamon in bowl and stir thoroughly.
Add 1/2 of milk and mix well.
Add vanilla and rest of milk, stir thoroughly; sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
