Banana Nut Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 c. very hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 banana, sliced
    8 to 10 walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water and stir. Chill the gelatin in refrigerator until it begins to firm.
    Stir in the applesauce, banana and walnuts.
    Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings.
    Make the night before, if desired.
