Elna'S Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. pimento
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small pkg. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and add Jell-O; cool until thickened.
    Cream cottage cheese and pimento.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add nuts and celery.
    Whip the cream and fold into mixture.
    Chill.
