Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Mix all together and marinate meat at least 6 hours.
This is good with chicken, London Broil, pork chops, sword fish steaks, etc.
Marinade also freezes well.
