Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 (5 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; add eggs and vanilla. Stir until blended.
Stir in butter, coconut and pineapple.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until sets.
