Creamed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 c. veggies, cooked
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Stir vegetables into sauce.
    Heat through and serve.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
