Red Velvet Cocoa Cake(Yummy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. red food color
    1/4 c. Hershey cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk (1 Tbsp. white vinegar and milk to equal 1 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
    In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
    Add eggs and food color; blend well.
