Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add more cracker crumbs if mixture is too wet.
    Make into patties and fry until brown.
    Serve hot.
