Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces of chicken
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing with or without honey
    1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
Preparation
    Arrange chicken, single layer, in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Mix soup mix and dressing and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
    Garnish chicken with apricot half on each piece.
    Serve with rice.
