Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. red or pink salmon
    1/2 c. low-fat cream or Ricotta cheese
    few drops of lemon juice
    pinch of mace or ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    4 small pickles
Preparation
    Take out bones.
    Make a paste.
    Beat cheese until smooth.
    Add salmon, lemon juice, seasoning and fromage; mix well.
    Divide equally between 4 custard cups.
    Smooth the surfaces.
    Slice and decorate with pickles.
