Special Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
4 to 6 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and milk; beat until well blended.
Mix in melted butter. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out dry.
