Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 sticks margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Mix together alternately with milk, 1 teaspoon at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in crushed pineapple and juice.
