Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1` (6 to 8 lb.) brisket
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    3 medium size onions, sliced
    1 small (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
Preparation
    Season brisket to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place sliced onions on bottom of roaster.
    Put in brisket.
    Mix preserves and catsup; pour over brisket.
    Bake, covered, for 4 hours at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
    Makes about 24 servings.
