Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    6 1/4 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, salt and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat until mixed.
    Add rest of flour gradually.
    Knead several minutes.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Two hours before baking, shape into rolls.
    Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
