Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    1/2 clove garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender, process until smooth. Makes 2 servings; 54 calories and 3 g fat per serving.
