Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cooked and boned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    bell pepper as desired
    celery as desired
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. broth
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and celery in 1 stick of margarine.
    Make 2 cups white sauce from 1 cup milk and 1 cup broth.
    Thicken sauce with flour.
    Mix all together with other ingredients.
    Pour into oblong dish; top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Can add pimentos if desired.
