Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. pimentos (optional)
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray (Pam).
Mix flour, salt and pepper into paper bag.
Coat potatoes with mixture.
Melt Velveeta and milk together.
Cook until smooth.
Add green pepper, onion and pimentos, then pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
