Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-sized onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter.
    Add vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, catsup, parsley, prepared mustard, water, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    This can be used with ribs or venison.
    Pour over the meat and roast slowly, adding more barbecue sauce as the meat cooks.
