Pumpkin Logs(2 Logs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

cake mix
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cover two 18 x 12-inch pans with foil.
Mix together ingredients.
Pour half in one pan and half in other pan. Sprinkle on nuts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn cakes out on dish towels that have powdered sugar sprinkled over them so cakes won't stick to towels.
Roll up cakes and towels. Chill.
