Fish With Tahini Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets, prepared for frying
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and flour for preparing fish
    Tahini Sauce
    chopped parsley
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Dredge fish with salt and flour.
    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Serve with Tahini Sauce.
    Garnish with parsley and lemon.
