Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. hamburger meat
    4 oz. taco sauce (mild)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes or 1/2 can less hot
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. soft tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat, pepper and onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Add taco sauce, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chilies and soup.
    Stir and simmer 15 minutes.
