Miniature Hamburger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

24 vanilla wafers
1 egg white
12 chocolate mint patties
1 c. icing (1/2 c. tinted yellow and 1/2 c. tinted red)
1/2 c. coconut (tinted green, direction on coconut pkg.)
sesame seed

Preparation

Brush wafers with egg white.
Sprinkle on sesame seed (to resemble hamburger buns).
Ice 12 vanilla wafers with small amount of yellow icing (to resemble mustard).
Ice 12 vanilla wafers with small amount of red icing (to resemble ketchup).
Assemble two wafers with mint in middle with green coconut (to resemble lettuce).
Makes 12 hamburger cookies.
