Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    vanilla wafers
    2 ripe bananas, sliced
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix pudding mix, egg yolks and milk.
    Cook over medium heat until it boils, stirring often.
    Remove from heat. Layer in baking dish vanilla wafers, banana slices and pudding. Continue layers, ending with pudding.
    Top with your choice of graham cracker crumbs, vanilla wafers, Cool Whip or meringue.
