Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash
    1 c. grated carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (don't use any other brand)
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and
    chopped onions in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine
    soup
    and
    sour
    cream in blender. Add carrots and soup mixture to squash.
    Combine stuffing with butter. Spread half of stuffing mix in greased casserole pan. Pour squash over stuffing; sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
