Artichoke-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed in margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
    1 large can artichokes, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil spinach, drain and combine with other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    (Freezes well.)
