Baked Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crabmeat
3 c. soft breadcrumbs
3 c. milk
3 c. mayonnaise
18 sliced hard-boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. parsley
3 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except buttered crumbs.
Put in large flat casserole and top with the buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 24.
Can be easily divided by 3 for 6 to 8 servings.
