Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Combine peas, peppers, onion, pickles, celery, tomato and cucumber.
Add salt, pepper and sugar; mix well.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Allow to chill and marinate for several hours.
