Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

8 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Put bread crumbs in dish and spread the crumbled, cooked sausage over the bread crumbs.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk with a fork.
Add salt and mustard; pour over sausage and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
