Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients and form into loaf.
    Place in shallow 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Combine vinegar, mustard, sugar, water and tomato sauce and pour over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
