Formosan Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon or 1/2 lb. sausage, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium cabbage, chopped coarsely
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
rice
Preparation

Brown bacon and onion together in heavy saucepan or large skillet.
Drain off some of the fat.
Add cabbage and stir-fry over low heat until cabbage is tender.
Add soy sauce.
Serve over rice and pass additional soy sauce.
Serves 4.
