Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
    4 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1 small onion
    grated cheese (to desire)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; set aside.
    Mix cornmeal, salt, soda, milk, corn and peppers together.
    Put 1/2 of the meal mixture into casserole dish; sprinkle meat mixture over this, then grated cheese.
    Put remainder of meat mixture on this and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
