Chip And Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; beat in eggs.
    Add vanilla and coffee.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in 1/2 of nuts and chips.
    Pour into 12 x 16 x 1/2-inch pan; pat mixture to edges of pan.
    Sprinkle remaining nuts and chocolate pieces on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 24 bars.
