German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix (pudding included)
    1 3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick melted butter
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place nuts in bottom of pan.
    Mix cake according to directions and pour over nuts.
    Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar; spoon over cake mix.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
