Red Velvet Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. red food coloring
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs and food coloring; blend well.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa and salt; blend this into first mixture, alternately adding buttermilk, mixing to a creamy mixture.
    In a cup, stir soda into vinegar; fold this carefully into batter (do not beat).
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Frost with Fluffy Vanilla Frosting.
