Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together, except the blueberries, until just moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields about 1 dozen.
