Lemon Delights (Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine the
lemon cake mix with the Cool Whip and egg. Mix well.
Form
into
small
balls
and roll in confectioners sugar. Bake
on a baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
