Curried Pineapple Pork Chop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides and layer in oblong casserole dish. Drain pineapple (reserving liquid).
    Top chops with pineapples. Sprinkle curry powder, salt and pepper on chops and pineapple. Measure 1/4 cup reserved liquid and pour over chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
