Sands - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    6 level Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. ice water (add more if needed)
    2 heaping c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and powdered sugar.
    Add self-rising flour.
    Add ice water.
    Work in chopped pecans.
    Roll in small, long shapes and place in refrigerator 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, then remove and roll in powdered sugar.
