Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. softened butter
2 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour (may need more)
Preparation

Cream together shortening and butter.
Add the remaining ingredients, adding flour last and stirring well to blend.
Roll out on floured paper and cut.
If dough is thin, add more flour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
