Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flank steak (room temperature)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together dry mustard, prepared mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
    Spread mixture on scored steak.
    Grill over hot coals 5 minutes on each side.
