Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and pulled
    1/2 c. celery, diced small
    3/4 c. sliced almonds, roasted
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 jar sliced cherries (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. mayo
    juice (from cherries)
Preparation
    Remove skin and vein from chicken.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add cherry juice to taste and color.
    Garnish with fresh parsley on lettuce bed.
    Serves 4.
    Serve with crackers.
