Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. green onions (and tops)
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Heat drippings in skillet. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done.
    Add bacon and mix well. Extra soy sauce may be served with rice.
