Sue'S Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
10 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
2/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation

Add the evaporated milk to the mayonnaise and blend until smooth.
Stir in Tabasco sauce, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed and salt.
Put cabbage, carrots and green pepper in large bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss gently.
Yield: 12 servings.
