Kapama(Greek Stewed Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. cooking wine
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Brown in butter.
    Mix tomato paste with water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and carefully place browned chicken into tomato mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over chicken and tomato.
    Add wine and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
    Serve over macaroni, spaghetti, mashed potatoes or rice.
