Puff 'N' Stuff Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked crabmeat, finely chopped
    1/4 c. each minced celery, onion and carrot
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. beer
    2 Tbsp. oil
    fat for deep frying
Preparation
    Combine crab with minced vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Shape into small balls.
    Cover and refrigerate.
