Fudge Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
whipped cream or ice cream
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in small mixer bowl.
Beat 4 minutes.
Stir in nuts and pour into greased 8-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Pie will settle a meringue when cool.
Cut in wedges and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Serves 8.
