Beef Paprika(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes (1-inch)
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 small garlic clove
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour and 1/4 c. water (to thicken sauce)
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet.
    Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients including 1 1/2 cups water.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    (If using tenderloin tips, cook for 1 hour.)
