Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 small can diced Ortega chilies
1 small can sliced black olives
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all together and bake in casserole at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
