Creamy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
2 c. fat-free sour cream
2 c. nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. diced onions
6 Tbsp. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Remove from hot water, drain and cool slightly.
Peel potatoes and slice very thin.
Set aside. Combine sour cream, cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix potatoes with sauce mixture.
Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish, sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serves 12.
