Krummel Kuchen(Crumb Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Mixo shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
cinnamon
nut meats, chopped

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; cut or work in shortening. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
To remaining mixture, add combined eggs and milk.
Beat well.
Pour into greased 9-inch coffee cake pan. Cover top with reserved mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nut meats.
Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0 to 374\u00b0) for 30 to 45 minutes.
